Exhausted!

The choir/jazz band tour is now officially over with, and I am beat. It was a jam-packed two day event, from start to finish.

First, we had to unload everything off the bus and carry it into the school. This involved items such as risers, instruments, microphones, a huge projection screen, robes, etc. Next, we had to set up an arrangement of all of these objects that would work in the school's setting. Third, we performed our songs for the crowd, which was a bit nerve-wracking for me at times. Finally, we packed up everything back into the bus and hurried off to the next school. The process repeated all over again five more times.

Our final concert is tomorrow night here at the college. We will be performing all of our pieces for the audience. (During the tour, we performed select songs due to the time limit.) I can't wait for the college audience to see what we have all been working on and hear what we have accomplished.

Currently, I am sitting at my desk staring at the pile of homework that awaits me. Because I was gone from classes for two days, I am a little behind with my work. I'm not sure though if I am going to attempt starting any of it tonight. As I mentioned earlier, I am extremely tired and I have a feeling I would not get very far on it. I think its going to be an early night for me, as I will probably go to bed soon.
